This section outlines the scope of Non-medical services offered, tailored to meet a wide range of needs and enhance the quality of life for our clients. Our services encompass various types of support, from non-medical and personal care to social and educational services.
Adult Habilitation Day/Services-Community Based: To provide structured activities to enhance life skills, social engagement, and access to community resources for adults with disabilities, ensuring they have opportunities for growth in real-world settings.
Community Participation Support: To empower individuals with disabilities, older adults, and those transitioning from challenging circumstances to engage meaningfully in their communities.
Education Support: To assist clients in accessing educational resources and services, including special education programs, tutoring, and vocational training.
Employment Support: To help clients obtain and maintain employment that is suitable given their abilities and interests. Includes job training, resume building, job placement services, and support in navigating workplace accommodations.
Family Support: To provide resources and services that support the families of clients, helping them cope with challenges and enhancing their ability to care for their family members. Educational workshops, counseling services, and respite care to reduce caregiver stress.
Life Skills: To teach clients essential skills needed for daily living and independence. Training in areas such as financial literacy, health management, cooking, and personal hygiene.
Information and Referrals: To connect clients with necessary services and resources within the community. Providing up-to-date information on available services, eligibility requirements, and referral processes.
Out of Home Respite Services: To provide temporary relief for caregivers by offering short-term care for clients in a facility outside their home. Structured activities and care in a supportive setting, allowing caregivers to take breaks.
In-patient respite care: Purpose: To provide intensive care and supervision in a clinical setting, offering a break for caregivers and additional support for clients. Short-term stays in a hospital or specialized facility with full medical and personal care support.
One-on-one mentoring: To offer personalized guidance and support to clients through a mentorship relationship. Regular meetings with a mentor who provides advice, emotional support, and assistance in achieving personal goals.
Personal Care Services: To assist clients with daily personal tasks they may struggle with due to disabilities, or other health issues.
Support Coordinator: To act as a primary contact point for coordinating all aspects of a client’s care.
Transportation: To enable clients to travel to appointments, work, educational institutions, and social activities.
